How to request deletion of your Renograte data

You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:

Option 1: Request via email

Send an email to info@renograte.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your Renograte account
• If you used Facebook Login, you may also include your name so we can match your account

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Option 2: Remove our app from Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Renograte from your Facebook account. This tells Facebook you want to revoke our access. To fully delete your data from our systems, we still recommend sending a Data Deletion Request email (Option 1) so we can remove your Renograte account and all associated data.

To remove our app from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find "Renograte" and click Remove
3. Optionally use "Send Request" to notify us to delete your data; we also process deletion when you email us as in Option 1

What we delete

When we process your data deletion request, we permanently delete or anonymize:

• Your Renograte account (profile, email, name, profile picture)
• Any data we received from Facebook or Google for your account
• Account-linked data such as preferences and profile customizations
• Sessions and login records

Some data may be retained where required by law (for example for tax or legal compliance) or in backups for a limited period; we will not use it for any other purpose.

Check status of your request

If you submitted a request through Facebook's "Send Request" flow, we will have sent you a confirmation code and a link to check status. You can also email us at info@renograte.com to ask about the status of your deletion request.
