Third-Party Services and Providers

Renograte is not responsible or liable for the work, conduct, or promises of any third-party service providers you engage in connection with your real estate activities. Any valuation figure is merely a computer-generated approximation of a property's potential value based on available data and assumptions, not an official appraisal. Renograte disclaims any liability for errors or inaccuracies in these automated estimates.

You should not rely solely on an AI-generated figure or suggestion when making decisions. All calculations, predictions, or "smart" recommendations provided by the platform serve as a starting point for your own research and do not replace professional judgment.

Renograte strongly encourages users to verify estimates through independent means – for example, by obtaining a professional appraisal or contractor quote – before acting on any AI-generated information.
