Renograte Real Estate LLC ("Renograte") shall not be liable for any outcome, loss, or damage arising from real estate transactions or decisions made by users of its platform. This includes, without limitation, any fluctuations in property values or market prices, failed or canceled sales, unsuccessful renovations or improvements, inability to obtain financing, or any other financial or property-related setbacks.

No guarantees are made that any property will sell (or be bought) within a certain time or at a certain price, or that any renovation or financial outcome will meet expectations. In alignment with industry standards, Renograte assumes no responsibility for any result or consequence of actions or inactions that you or any other party take in reliance on information or services provided by Renograte.

All services and information are offered "as is," and use of the platform is at your own risk, with no warranty of any particular results.

Third-Party Services and Providers

Renograte is not responsible or liable for the work, conduct, or promises of any third-party service providers you engage in connection with your real estate activities. Any third-party professionals – including, but not limited to, contractors, home renovators, inspectors, appraisers, real estate agents or brokers, mortgage lenders, and title or escrow companies – are independent entities not controlled or supervised by Renograte.

No AI-generated estimate or recommendation constitutes a guarantee, appraisal, or professional valuation of any property. Any valuation figure is merely a computer-generated approximation of a property's potential value based on available data and assumptions, not an official appraisal. Renograte disclaims any liability for errors or inaccuracies in these automated estimates.

You should not rely solely on an AI-generated figure or suggestion when making decisions. All calculations, predictions, or "smart" recommendations provided by the platform serve as a starting point for your own research and do not replace professional judgment.

Renograte strongly encourages users to verify estimates through independent means – for example, by obtaining a professional appraisal or contractor quote – before acting on any AI-generated information. By using the platform, you acknowledge that any estimates or forecasts are uncertain and used at your own risk, and Renograte will not be responsible for divergences between estimated and actual outcomes.
